Learn How the Right Planning Can Help Change Your Family’s Journey–

September 10 @ 4:00 pm 5:15 pm

The goal isn’t simply to have the right legal documents—it’s to help your family experience the dementia journey with greater confidence, greater clarity, stronger relationships, and the best possible quality of life.

Join Certified Elder Law Attorney Dennis Toman, JD, CELA, for this important session to learn how proactive life care planning can help protect your family, preserve your savings, reduce caregiver stress, and prepare for the future before a crisis occurs. Leave with a practical roadmap to help your family make informed decisions, protect what matters most, and move forward with confidence and peace of mind.

Please let Jodi know if you need onsite respite care for your loved one during these times as prior arrangements are required. jkolada@well-spring.org or  336-545-4245.

Join us for a screening of “Wine, Women, & Dementia ” followed by a discussion. The film explores the universal experience of unpaid family caregivers dealing with dementia, not just women, and takes us on a road trip across the country by a dementia caregiver. Personal stories of love, humor, and heartbreak with other family caregivers are shared as well as the importance of finding community, support and understanding within the dementia community.
