DESCRIPTION:Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a six-week educational series designed to provide family caregivers with practical tools to care for themselves while caring for a loved one. This program helps caregivers reduce stress\, improve self-confidence\, communicate feelings\, balance their lives\, increase their ability to make tough decisions and locate helpful resources. \n\n\n\nThursdays: October 16\, 24\, 31 and November 6\, 13\, 20 \n\n\n\nYou must register to attend the series.
